I grant permission to Payton Ophelia Photography, to photograph myself as well as all members in my group.
I grant permission to Payton Ophelia Photography to use and publish my images (ie: social media, websites, magazines) as she sees fit.
I understand that the these images belong to Payton Ophelia Photography and when I receive access to my digital gallery, all rights belong to Payton Ophelia Photography.
I agree that I will not edit, crop, or alter these images in any way which includes but is not limited to, cropping out the watermark, changing an image edits, and any other sort of changes.
I understand that taking a screen shot of the images posted to the online gallery and on social platforms is illegal. Screen shots ruin image quality, therefore you are altering an image by doing so. I agree to NOT screen shot any images loaded on to my online gallery or social platforms for any reason. Unless you are asked to do so by me.
I agree that Payton Ophelia Photography may use photographs of me, and all those within the photograph, with or without my name (E.x. tagging in posts). For any lawful purpose, ie; social media, websites, etc.
I agree that if I or any member that is in the photograph is to post on social platforms, that Payton Ophelia Photography is to be tagged and or credited in anyway.
Payton Ophelia Photography will only use these photographs in a lawful way.
I agree that I will not use the copies of these images provided by Payton Ophelia Photography for resale purposes, and will not take any credit or claim for the photography.
I agree to have positive cooperation and communication for the best possible result within the definition of this assignment. Payton Ophelia Photography is not responsible for key individuals’ failure to be present or to cooperate during the shoot, neither for missed photos due to details not revealed to Payton Ophelia Photography.
Payton Ophelia Photography will not be held responsible for any ruined photos due to employee or customer’s behavior, or due to any other cause in or outside of Payton Ophelia Photography’s control. Customers, resulting in an unacceptable degree of misconduct, or if the conduct of any of their associated parties damages the equipment of the photographer, it will result in the early or immediate departure of the photographer. The client understands that in such an event, no refunds will be granted.
By signing this I understand that at time of booking I am obligated to pay a deposit which locks in my spot for my session. If I do not decide to pay my deposit my session will not be booked and such chosen date will then be offered to other potential clients.
By signing this I also agree that by the date of my session I will finish paying the remainder of my total owed to Payton Ophelia Photography for the services I booked.
